How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, select your favorite stitched article, choose your size, and click 'Add to Cart.' Follow the checkout instructions to provide your shipping details and confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters the processing stage and cannot be changed.

Do I need an account to shop? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your details for faster shopping next time.
2. Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery times? For orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email and phone number.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan.
3. Sizing & Fabric

How do I know which size will fit me? We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a shirt that fits you well and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the pictures? We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting and different screen resolutions, a 5-10% variation in color may occur.

How should I care for my Luma Studio outfits? Most of our articles are made from premium organza and delicate blends. We strictly recommend Dry Clean Only to maintain the texture and longevity of the fabric.
4. Exchanges & Returns

What is your exchange policy? We offer exchanges for defective items or incorrect sizes within 24 hours of delivery. The items must be unused with all tags attached. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

Do you offer refunds? We do not offer cash refunds. In specific cases, we may issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.
