1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange-only policy under the following conditions:

Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong article, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unused Condition: Articles must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all exchanges.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot offer exchanges on:

Articles purchased during a Sale or promotion.

Custom-stitched or altered orders.

Items that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.
4. Return & Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds: As a standard brand policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

Store Credit: In cases where an exchange is not possible, we may issue Store Credit valid for 30 days.
