Shipping & Return Policy

At Luma Studio, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our stitched articles. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before being dispatched.


1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong article, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Unused Condition: Articles must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all exchanges.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot offer exchanges on:

  • Articles purchased during a Sale or promotion.

  • Custom-stitched or altered orders.

  • Items that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: As a standard brand policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Store Credit: In cases where an exchange is not possible, we may issue Store Credit valid for 30 days.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  2. Once approved, you will be required to send the article back to our studio.

  3. After inspection, we will ship your replacement article.
